Welcome to Cartoonify Me, an AI-powered cartoon avatar creation application ("App") developed by Asil Arslan ("Developer", "we", "us", or "our"). These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of our App and services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Cartoonify Me, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our App.

2. Description of Service

Cartoonify Me is a cartoon avatar creation application that uses artificial intelligence to transform photos into various cartoon styles. The App provides:

• AI-powered photo to cartoon transformation technology
• 16 unique cartoon styles (Anime, Simpson, Lego, Memoji, Minecraft, etc.)
• Character personas (Robot, Vampire, Superhero, Angel, etc.)
• Multiple aspect ratios and high-quality PNG output
• Premium features through subscription services

3. Subscription Terms

3.1 Premium Subscription

Cartoonify Me offers premium features through subscription plans:

• Weekly Plan: $6.99
• Annual Plan: $34.99
• Lifetime Access: $69.99

3.2 Auto-Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.

3.3 Cancellation

You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your Account Settings in the App Store after purchase. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

4. User Conduct

You agree to use Cartoonify Me only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Use the App for any commercial purpose without our consent
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Upload inappropriate, offensive, or copyrighted content
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality
• Use the App to create cartoon avatars for illegal or harmful purposes
• Create cartoon avatars of other people without their permission

5. Intellectual Property Rights

Cartoonify Me and all its content, features, and functionality are owned by Asil Arslan and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without explicit written permission.

6. Content and Avatar Creation

6.1 User-Generated Content

You retain ownership of the original photos you upload to Cartoonify Me. However, you grant us a limited license to process these photos for cartoon generation purposes.

6.2 Generated Cartoon Avatars

You own the cartoon avatars generated from your photos. You may use these avatars for personal, non-commercial purposes including:

• Profile pictures on social media platforms
• Personal artwork and creative projects
• Sharing with friends and family
• Printing for personal use

6.3 Commercial Use Restrictions

Without explicit written permission, you may not use generated cartoon avatars for:

• Commercial advertising or marketing
• Resale or licensing to third parties
• Brand representation or corporate identity
• Professional services or business purposes

7. AI Technology and Limitations

While we strive for accuracy, Cartoonify Me's AI transformation results are provided for entertainment and creative purposes. We do not guarantee:

• 100% accuracy of cartoon representations
• Consistency across different photo inputs
• Suitability for professional or commercial use
• Perfect resemblance to the original person in the photo

8. Privacy and Photo Processing

When you upload photos to Cartoonify Me:

• You retain ownership of your original photos
• We process photos only for AI cartoon generation
• Photos are not stored permanently on our servers
• We do not share your photos with third parties
• Processing may occur locally on your device or on secure servers

9. Age Restrictions and Parental Consent

Cartoonify Me is rated 4+ and suitable for all ages:

• Children under 13 must have parental supervision
• Parents are responsible for their children's use of the App
• We recommend parental guidance for photo uploads
• Parents should review generated content before sharing

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

Cartoonify Me is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Asil Arslan shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, including but not limited to damages arising from cartoon avatar usage.

12. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Asil Arslan from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees arising out of or relating to your use of Cartoonify Me or violation of these Terms.

13. Content Moderation and Safety

To ensure a safe and appropriate experience for all users:

• We reserve the right to refuse processing inappropriate photos
• Nudity, violence, or offensive content will not be processed
• Users should not upload photos of minors without parental consent
• We may implement automated content filtering for safety

14. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes through the App or by email. Your continued use of the App after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

15. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to Cartoonify Me at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

16. Governing Law

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where the Developer is located, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

17. Apple App Store Terms

If you downloaded Cartoonify Me from the Apple App Store, you acknowledge that these Terms are between you and Asil Arslan only, not with Apple Inc. Apple is not responsible for the App or its content.

18. Data Processing and AI Training

Regarding AI technology and data processing:

• Your photos are used solely for generating your cartoon avatars
• We do not use your photos to train or improve our AI models
• Generated cartoons are not stored in any training datasets
• Personal photos are never shared with other users

19. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
